PRIVACY POLICY

1. CONTROLLER AND CONTACT

The controller is the operator of the independent CATCH ’EM project, currently presented publicly under the CATCH ’EM project name. Privacy requests can be initiated through the official @catchemfun X profile, where a private contact channel can be arranged. Never post identity documents, private keys, seed phrases or shipping details publicly.

2. INFORMATION PROCESSED

Public blockchain data. If wallet functionality is enabled and you interact with contracts, wallet addresses, token and NFT ownership, transaction hashes, scores, claims and contract events are public blockchain records. The project may read, index and display them.

Technical website data. Hosting and security infrastructure may process IP address, request time, requested URL, user agent, device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP, response status and security signals.

Support and reward claims. If you contact the project or win a physical reward, the project may process your messages, wallet signature, name, email, delivery address, country, telephone number when required by a carrier, and fulfillment or customs information.

No private keys. CATCH ’EM does not need and will never request your private key or seed phrase.

3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES

Information is processed to deliver the website and requested game functions; verify eligibility, ownership, scores and reward claims; prevent fraud and protect systems; answer support requests; fulfill physical rewards; keep records required by tax, sanctions, consumer or other law; establish or defend legal claims; and improve reliability.

Depending on the context and applicable law, processing relies on performance of a contract or steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the project, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where consent is specifically requested.

4. BLOCKCHAIN TRANSPARENCY

Public blockchains are designed to be permanent and independently replicated. The project generally cannot erase, correct or hide data written onchain. Avoid putting names, addresses or other unnecessary personal information into transaction data. Requests concerning an interface or offchain index do not remove the underlying blockchain record.

5. SHARING AND PROCESSORS

Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with hosting, infrastructure, security, analytics if later disclosed and enabled, professional advisers, card custody or fulfillment providers, delivery carriers, and authorities where legally required. Shipping information will be limited to parties needed to verify and deliver a claimed reward.

The website currently uses Vercel hosting. Wallets, Robinhood Chain, blockchain nodes, explorers, Pons, Collector Crypt, carriers and linked services may process information under their own privacy policies and may act as independent controllers. CATCH ’EM does not control public blockchains or independent third parties.

The project does not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.

6. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

The current public website does not intentionally set advertising cookies or operate its own cross-site tracking. Essential infrastructure may use limited storage or security mechanisms required to deliver and protect the service. If optional analytics or marketing cookies are introduced, this Policy and any required consent controls will be updated before their use.

7. RETENTION

Offchain personal information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose. Support records are retained until the request and a reasonable claims period have ended. Reward and transaction records may be retained for statutory tax, accounting, sanctions, fraud-prevention and consumer-law periods. Infrastructure logs follow provider retention settings and are deleted or aggregated when no longer needed. Public blockchain data may remain permanently available.

8. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Infrastructure and fulfillment providers may process information outside your country. Where required, appropriate transfer mechanisms and safeguards will be used. Public blockchain data is replicated globally and cannot be limited to a particular country.

9. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent and complain to a data-protection authority. These rights may be limited where information must be retained by law or exists only in an immutable public blockchain record.

Initiate a request through @catchemfun. The project may need to verify wallet control or identity before acting on a request. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.

10. SECURITY

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used for offchain information, but no website, wallet, smart contract, blockchain or transmission method is completely secure. Protect your wallet and devices, verify contract addresses and report suspected security issues privately.

11. ADULTS ONLY

CATCH ’EM is intended only for people aged 18 or older. The project does not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact the project so appropriate offchain records can be reviewed and removed where legally possible.

12. CHANGES

This Policy may be updated when the product, providers or law changes. The revised date will be shown at the top. Material changes will be communicated through the website or official project channel where reasonably practicable.
